Our mission is to preserve North Hampton Subdivision as a safe, desirable, attractive and friendly neighborhood that thrives in an atmosphere of trust and communication while fostering a positive neighborhood identity with a cohesive and active sense of community.

Highlights

  • Annual Meeting
    The annual meeting of the North Hampton Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on October 13th, 7:00pm at the clubhouse.  We will be accepting nominations for the Board of Directors via email until October 6th.  To nominate via email, please send a message to Adam Whatley.  The email address is Secretary@nhhoa.org.  Nominations will also be taken from the floor prior to the vote as a write in on the ballot.  New volunteers for the board and committee chairs are welcomed and encouraged.  If you are unable to attend you may submit your vote via proxy.  The proxy form must be Adam Whatley, Secretary, NHHOA, PO Box 3907, Cartersville, GA 30120 no later than October 9th, 2009
  • College Football Party
    Harbor Lane will be having a college football party in honor of the Georgia vs. Tennessee game.  Details will be announced on the entrance sign..

Upcoming Events

  • Halloween Costume Contest
    The NHHOA will sponsor a Halloween costume contest on October 30th at the clubhouse.  The event will be from 6-8pm.  There will be candy for the children, and an opportunity to have pictures  taken in costume.  Please contact our Community Outreach Chair, Amanda Harris if you are interested in participating.
     
  • Chili Cook Off
    On November 14th, the NHHOA will be sponsoring a Chili cook off at the clubhouse.  Residents are welcome to gather and share their best version of the perfect bowl of Chili.  Bring your appetites and antacids!
  • Neighborhood Entrance Decorating
    On December 5th at 10:00am, please join your neighbors to decorate the clubhouse for the holidays.  The decorations are provided, but volunteers are needed to hang lights on the outside of the clubhouse, hang garland and bows on the fence, and decorate the tree.  Thanks in advance for making the entrance into our neighborhood festive for the holidays.
  • Christmas Event
    Children are welcome to come to the clubhouse to decorate cookies.  This event will take place on December 19th.  Please contact Amanda Harris if you are interested in participating or volunteering to help with the activities.
